Automation
When human intervention is partially or totally eliminated in industrial, agricultural, administrative and scientific works this process of being automated is called automation. Automation is used in many fields from simple operations such as monitoring temperature of a furnace and following process steps that will be executed; to complex activities such as operating a chemical process with a computer. In general re-examination of the designed process, joint support of acquired habits and traditional solutions is needed for automation. Detectors (Sensors), conditioners, amplifiers, regulators, information (data) resources, computer equipments and computer itself are part of automation. Smooth and reliable production and management in industry is possible basically with correct (accurate) process operation and process by supervision at each phase and with being repeatable. Thus when planning a process our best helper (assistant) will be automation for a more controlled and qualified production with less human power.
Enable human factor in all types of production establishments to be at a minimum, i.e. in a structure to increase production performance and quality. We continuously support our system since 1997 which is the year we are founded and we are consistently remaining in automation sector. For that reason, we are confident that our structure consisting of universal control units (PLC) monitoring every point; SCADA systems operating in connection with these control units, undertaking (assuming) data collection evaluation, reporting and recipe tasks; printer units providing information about system breakdowns and presenting the prepared reports to the user and terminals that enables other units of the plant to observe the system, will contribute to your production. . |
